Our three conference suites are great flexible spaces, each room is fitted with audio visual equipment and air conditioning and can be set-up to suit you.
Warriors Suite
Theatre
The Warriors Suite can accommodate 200 seats when arranged in a theatre-style setup.
Round table
The Warriors Suite has the ability to be set up with round tables, each with 8-10 seats, allowing for a total capacity of 120 seats.
Douglas Suite
Theatre
The Douglas Suite can accommodate 130 seats when arranged in a theatre-style setup.
Round table
The Douglas Suite has the ability to be set up with round tables, each with 8-10 seats, allowing for a total capacity of 80 seats.
Belfield Suite
The Belfield Suite, our largest conference room, is also equipped with a stage and a lighting rig, making it suitable for smaller performances as well as conferences and meetings.
Theatre
The Belfield Suite can accommodate 250 seats when arranged in a theatre-style setup.
Round table
The Belfield Suite has the ability to be set up with round tables, each with 8-10 seats, allowing for a total capacity of 150 seats.
In the round
The Belfield Suite has the flexibility to accommodate a 150-seat capacity with an in-the-round seating configuration.
